THE INCORPORATION PROCEDURE VIA EGOV IS SIMPLIFIED

For Kazakhstan citizens, for over five years, the service of incorporation online is available. Until recently, entrepreneurs had to register a legal entity, then open an account with a bank, and also independently apply to an insurance company. Now these services are integrated on the e-government website.

A new, simplified function is available from the beginning of this year. Three independent services are now combined, and businessmen no longer need to spend their time preparing the necessary papers at various points in their city.

At the moment in online mode, when registering an enterprise, you can simultaneously open a bank account with such banks as ForteBank, Tsesnabank, Halyk Bank and Alfa-Bank. You can conclude an insurance contract with electronic registration with the companies “State Annuity Company” and “Asia-life.kz”.

In the near future, nine more banks and four insurance companies will be added.

The option of online business registration is very convenient. If earlier the processing documents took a month, now on the portal Egov it can be done in less than half an hour. In addition, the collection of various documents and circulation to state institutions is excluded. When completing the application on the site, the system immediately checks the businessman for the availability of real estate.
